The Application Window contains all the tools necessary to build molecules, optimize the geometry and compute properties. 

Use the components of the Tool Palette (along the left side) to build your molecule and move it around.

The features of the Style Bar allow you to select the atoms and set the bonding parameters of your molecule.

The buttons on the Toolbar allow you manipulate the file and change the way you display your molecule.
