The style bar allows you to select the properties of each atom and bond in your molecule. Use the select tool and point to the atom or bond which you wish to change.  Then select the desired change.

Atom Type Hybridization Atomic Charge Bond Type
Use this window to change the atom type of selected atoms. It displays the atomic symbol and atom type for the selected atom or atoms. Click on the down arrow to select a different element. If it is not in the atom box, select Periodic Table ... Use this window to change the hybridization of the selected atom. It displays the  hybridization and structural pair geometry of the selected atoms. This window displays the atomic charge of the selected atoms. Use it to change the atomic charge of selected atoms. This window displays the bond order between two selected atoms. Use it to change the bond order, also.
