Energy Maps -- Getting Started

Task:  Build isoprene

Time: 2 minutes

  1. Open a new workspace window in CAChe and build an isoprene molecule. Use the figure as a guide.
  2. Fix the geometry using Beautify|Comprehensive
  3. Be sure to save the molecule: File|Save "isoprene"
