Viewing and Manipulating Structures

Goal:

In this tutorial module you'll explore different ways to view and manipulate structures and change the appearance of a molecule.

You may use any molecule you wish.  The images in this section of the tutorial use cyclohexanone, ammonia and water built in an earlier module.

In this module you will:
bulletUse the Translate , Rotate and Zoom buttons to change the position of the molecule in the CAChe Workspace
bulletSelect and change the Atom Attributes
bulletSelect and change Bond Attributes
bulletChange the appearance of molecules in the CAChe Workspace
