   http://www.molecules.org - Excellent resource for students and instructors alike pertaining to computer-generated molecular modeling.

   http://cmm.info.nih.gov/modeling - National Institutes of Health's center for molecular modeling and member of the Molecular Modeling Interest Group.

   http://www.umass.edu/microbio/rasmol - University of Mass. resource that provides links to freeware molecular modeling and visualization software such as Protein Explorer, Chime, and RasMol. Also provides tutorials and other instructional references.

   http://www.rcsb.org/pdb - Protein Data Bank, lists over 26,000 chemical structures and boasts a searchable database.

   http://www.liv.ac.uk/Chemistry/Links/links.html - Links for Chemists, a free, searchable index containing almost five thousand chemistry resources in over 50 categories.

   http://chemed.chem.pitt.edu - University of Pittsburgh's Chemistry Education Server. Provides links to a plethora of chemisty education resources and several departmental links.

   http://www.cachesoftware.com - Fujitsu's offical CAChe website. This site contains links to download product manuals, lessons, support documentation, and much more. Also carries the most late-breaking updates and add-on's for the CAChe software.

   http://www.chem.vt.edu/chem-dept/brewer/chem-ed/4414/CAChe/cache.html - Excellent learning resource written by Karen J. Brewer of Virginia Tech that introduces new users to CAChe and provides advanced molecular modeling tutorials.

   http://www.wavefun.com - Homepage of Spartan Pro, a molecular modeling computer program similar to Fujitsu's CAChe software.

   http://www.hyper.com - Official homepage for Hypercube Inc, the developer of the HyperChem software series capable of using OpenGL to model molecules.
